Sounds good, Diane.
Thank you so much Janet!
I’m not a fan of mayonnaise, but this mixture does look interesting
Understandable Derrick, it’s a love or hate taste.
Very cool, Diane. Didn’t ever think of using mayonnaise in this sense, although I’ve done something similar for fish. Will have to try this one out! 😋
It is such a quick and easy way to fix chicken. Thanks Ab!
I’ll have to give this a try!
It is super easy Linda. My chicken tenders were small and they were cooked in 15 minutes. You can use chicken breast, too, just slice it into even pieces or pound it evenly.
That’s how we make chicken fajitas. We cut chicken breasts into strips.
I need a good fajita recipe, what seasoning do you use?
We’ve been using Goya brand mesquite fajita seasoning, but I can’t find it anymore. I’m searching for a comparable replacement.
Oh no! I hate when you love a product and can’t find it. Usually it’s because the stores are replacing the name brands with their own! I just looked on line for Meijers where we shop and all they had was their own. 🤷🏽♀️
Sounds delicious!
Thank you Linda. My husband doesn’t like dark meat and I don’t like white meat. Lol This is one I use when I want something he doesn’t want.
Something nice to dream about since I am not that fancy! It looks delicious Diane!
Nothing fancy with this one Linda and it would even work in a slow cooker. I am never going to stop trying to get you to cook! Oh wait, that means you will need a range. 🤣
Ha ha – yes, I know. A year or so ago, I said “when I retire, I will try the recipes in the crockpot cookbook.” Not tried any yet. Yes, my range is just for decoration, to match the fridge and to put stuff on top of it, which I shouldn’t do in case I turned it on accidentally.
So far my little ants which erupted this week have not been awfully bad because I usually have to put the crockpot out of commission for almost a month as they tend to come in at that portion of my meager countertop area and there is no plug for it on the other side.
Thank you so much!
