Easy Microwave Butter Potatoes

These potatoes are so easy to make and so good! A great side dish when you’re in a hurry or just want potatoes that taste good. My mother in law goes crazy whenever I make them for her. Whether you are a beginner cook or have been cooking for years, anyone can make these.

Peel and dice 5 medium potatoes.

Place potatoes into a 2 quart microwave safe dish that has a lid. Add salt, pepper and dehydrated onions on top of the potatoes.

Place butter pats on top of the potatoes. Put the lid on and microwave on high for 12 minutes or until cooked through, stirring every 3-4 minutes. The dish gets very hot so make sure you use pot holders.

Garnish with parsley. I think I am going to try them with bacon next time.
