Taco Pasta Casserole

I love pasta and tacos so I thought, why not combine the two?
I seasoned the ground beef with taco seasoning and combined it with the rest of the ingredients.
I topped it off with Mexican cheese then melted the cheese under the broiler, garnished it with fresh tomatoes, sliced olives and fresh parsley.
Everyone cleans their plate every time I make this, even the grandkids!

Once again you give me a big head! Lol Thank you JC!!!!! 💕💕💕
Taco flavoured pasta sounds so delicious, Diane. I will admit that olives are not for me but everything else looks so good!
Thank you Ab, luckily you can just leave them off. My husband put sour cream on his too, that didn’t appeal to me with the pasta.
Ohhh… I love tacos and pasta too! Can’t wait to try this one. Thanks, Diane!
It was a huge hit with my family (and me)! You’re welcome Kellye!

Oh yes – looks yummy and makes me crave something spicy now.
Thank you Linda, I can’t believe you like spicy!
Yes, but I never make anything spicy for myself.
Well that needs to change! Lol
Tacos and pasta -yum!
Thank you, the flavor was so good. I even asked my husband make it once when I wasn’t feeling good. He followed my recipe and it turned out fabulous.
Thank you for the reblog💕
Wow looks good yum
Thank you Karen!
Easy and yummy. Two things I like, especially when I need to feed my grandchildren.
When my grandkids were staying here so much I needed recipes that they would love, like this one. Now that they come to visit like normal, I always ask what they want me to fix. Last week my granddaughter stayed and what did she want? Ramen noodles🤦🏽♀️ when I said no she settled for kielbasa, pasta and beans. Lol
Too funny, Diane.
