Hey. You must be a mindreader! I just watched that show Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, and one of the places he went makes…tater tots from scratch! He left out all your other good stuff though. Maybe you should have a show.

Nothing like tater tots on top of a hot dish. Although I grew up in the Midwest, it wasn’t the hotdish part, so I didn’t enounter one until I was well into my adulthood. But now I love them! Thanks for the recipe!
