Crunchy Spiced Chickpeas

You may think you don’t like Chickpeas, however, when you try them prepared this way I think you will change your mind because these were delicious.

  1. As a kid I used to eat plain dried chick peas as a snack while other kids were wasting their time on peanuts and stuff. These are delicious and nutritious on their own. Also, you can soak them and use them in a light pasta sauce for a nice dinner.

  2. I’m not the world’s biggest fan of chickpeas, but since you’re the master chef here … I will try them this way and have a movie night at home (we don’t have a cinema close by) … I’ll let you know what the verdict is 😉.

  3. This looks promising. I’m a sucker for that movie theater popcorn. However, you are right. It is not good for me. Chickpeas are anti-inflammatory which is important to me. I wonder if this recipe could be made in an air fryer.

    • I didn’t know that about the anti-inflammatory benefit Betty, thank you I need it as well! I’m sure they could be made in the air fryer, I should have thought of that! Thank you❤️
