Chocolate Zucchini Cake

I am reposting this delicious, moist Chocolate Zucchini Cake for all my new followers or if you didn’t get a chance to try it yet. The zucchini is liquified so nobody will even know there is zucchini in it, what better way to get them to eat their vegetables.

  1. It’s easy to make this a vegan recipe. Just use oat milk instead of dairy and ground flax seed instead of egg, with just a little extra water. Then this becomes a heart-healthy snack, with none of the sour aftertaste of dairy.

    • My daughter had somebody’s zucchini bread at work and she was shocked because she could see the zucchini. She asked why she could never see the green things in mine. When I told her I blended them to a liquid to hide it she was shocked. She said I always wondered why you called it zucchini bread when I didn’t see any zucchini. Lol
