  1. Looks delicious. Using local, fresh foods is good for the body and good for the producer–especially if it is from your own backyard.

    • So true Linda. My two blueberry bushes are over 25 years old and every year I count my blessings when the produce. There has only been two years that they didn’t due to a freeze. They give me just enough blueberries to bake with them all year long.

  2. How can I ever lose weight if you keep publishing stuff like this? Looks delicious, and my life motto is “I love lemon!” I’ll have to make it when I can share it.

  3. Looks soooooo good…I love blueberries in any kind of baked goods.
If I may ask, is there a reason why you coat the frozen blueberries with flour before adding them to the mixture?

  4. You’re absolutely right … I have all the ingredients in my kitchen (well, except for the blueberries – wish I also had a blueberry bush in my garden 👀). But I’m definitely going to buy some frozen berries and make this bread – looks so delicious! Thanks Diane for sharing this yummy recipe 😄.
