The Amish may call this a salad, but trust me it’s a meal! Full of chicken, broccoli, bacon, cheese and apple then mixed with a delicious dressing. This can be a side dish or even a great potluck dish but I made it a meal.

  1. Looks Fab… and I can imagine all the flavours combining well. Yes, that’s a meal. I’m going to try it this weekend. (Another eye-catching serving dish. I’m going to pay closer attention to see if a pattern/dish EVER makes a re-appearance. 🙂

    • Hahaha I guarantee you will see repeats! You will love this salad! I had plenty leftover by the second day and because I like dressing, I added more but it was perfect the first day. If I had a croissant I would have made a sandwich with it the second day! I hope you love it as much as I did!

    • I went to Jungle Jim’s (I did a post on it) and they had an entire section of everything bacon flavored. I have a friend that loves mints and bacon so I bought her bacon flavored mints!
