Pork Roast & Sauerkraut brings back memories of my childhood. This is the same recipe my Mom made for us more than fifty years ago. The aroma of this baking throughout the house is as wonderful as the taste!

Lol I grew up with it but my mom always rinsed hers. Tastes completely different than having it unrinsed. However, I would definitely try the spaetzle!
