If you love Parmesan Cheese then you will love these Parmesan Cheese Chips! Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese is the only ingredient in these chips. How many times have you made a dish and the cheese oozed out and was crusty on the pan? Did you peel it off and eat it? That is what these taste like, crunchy and full of nothing but Parmesan Cheese flavor.

Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.

Watch them carefully, checking them frequently until golden brown.

Try to keep them very thin, 8 chips per 1/2 cup of cheese and they will be perfect.
