Easy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Potatoes are so inexpensive this time of the year and I make a lot of potato recipes. This is simple and made with sliced potatoes that are layered with butter, seasonings and sprinkled with flour. Add milk, bake for an hour until tender and top with paprika, parsley and cheese.
