it looks yummy. I made this regulary but I do not use flour. I just put a cream, salt and pepper and then back it for an hour. Once the potatoes cook, I sprinkle the cheese and leave it to melt for 15 minutes.

I would eat that entire casserole dish. I mean, like the actual ceramic as well–just so I don’t miss a single bite.

I’ve contacted the blogging police and you are posting food porn at this point – ha! I had to wipe the drool off my chin from staring at the photo of the potatoes. Those are one of my all time favorite dishes but I do not allow myself to make it or have it in the house as I could not stop myself from devouring it! Looks like a great recipe. I will make it if I am going to a very large party and I am sure I will not have too much to bring home to add to my waistline 🙂

Wow. I’m always looking for something to cook for dinner (#Bloguary) and this looks great. to make it less fattening, could you use 2% milk?
LikeLike
You can Jackie, however, keep in mind it will be runnier and not as creamy. The creamiest sauce is made with half-n-half but that’s not less fattening! Lol
