Delicious Caramel Corn
Caramel Corn is so expensive to buy and very easy to make! I ended up with a gallon ziplock bag full of Caramel Corn and it was delicious. It does take a little bit of time to make but it is more of a hanging around and stir every now and then, nothing difficult. This would make great little snack bags or even for gift giving.

I recently bought a small bag of caramel popcorn, and it had pretzel pieces in it – or something – and it was so good. It was expensive for the little bag, but it was so good! However, if I made it myself, it would have to be for a group. Otherwise, I’m in trouble!
I bet the salty pretzels are what gave the sweet caramel a great taste. That is a wonderful way to serve it.

Oh my gosh yes Mary. This recipe is as good as any store bought. When I was working, one of my developmentally disabled clients bought me this every Christmas. She was so excited when she gave it to me and asked me for over a month how I liked it.
I love caramel corn! And you’re right, it’s quite expensive to buy … but thanks to you, I’m going to make my own now!
