No Bake Buckeye Candy

Peanut butter and chocolate is always a welcome treat in our house. I love that these can be made a week or more ahead of time if you want and that they don’t need to be baked. Set them out for your guests or put some in a Christmas tin for a hostess gift.

  1. Wow! Choc and peanut butter… Mmm looks nice, too! And the recipe seems doable, even easier than choc crinkles (and I can do it)!

I’m not confident in my baking skills, so no bake cookies should be a great choice for me!

  2. Too good! We’re away now in our camper, but I’m thinking I could make these next summer and take them to Michigan. It’s a nice treat, and I can share with family. Thanks for your post!

    • No but I refrigerate them for 2-3 weeks. They probably would keep longer than that but not in my house. Lol I place waxed paper between each layer stacked in Tupperware containers. Always put waxed paper on top too. I actually like eating them cold as well as room temperature. These are my favorite if you can’t tell.

  3. Ooh, nice (one of my favourite recipes from you – maybe because how they look)! I think there might be quite a few fingers licked while making this recipe! (Oh, and it was interesting to read about the buckeye tree and that you made necklaces out of it … the creativity of kids, hey).
