Nacho Tater Tots

There is only one word for the flavor of these Nacho Tater Tots, delicious! We devoured this dish and I was so happy it turned out like I wanted it to. What a nice change using tater tots, Salsa Con Queso made with cheese and you can eat it with a fork!

Spray a 9” x 13” casserole dish with cooking oil. Add a single layer of tater tots to the dish then season with salt and pepper. Bake according to the package directions.

Remove from the oven and add cooked bacon, green onion, tomato (cut side up) or any of your favorite toppings.

Using a spoon, drop the Salsa Con Queso evenly over the top. Place the dish back in the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until hot, then remove.

Top with sour cream and serve!
