Chocolate Zucchini Cake


This is the only Chocolate Zucchini Cake you will ever want to make! The zucchini makes this cake so moist because you do not grate the zucchini, you liquify it. There aren’t any chunks of zucchini in the cake and your family will not even know it’s in there. It’s always nice to put a little healthy love into your cake! Make it with or without frosting. I sprinkle chocolate chips on top making it good to eat as is or you can also add frosting. My family is chocoholics so I use chocolate frosting too! Any way you top it, it is sure to be a hit in your house!

  1. This looks really good! I love the idea of putting chocolate chips on top. Sometimes I use unsweetened applesauce in place of oil. I’m wondering how that might work with this. May have to give it a try.

    • You really can’t taste it in the cake. Since zucchini is mostly water it just makes the cake moist and we can say we ate out veggies! Lol However, I don’t like it when it’s grated I always blend it to a liquid so you don’t bite into a piece of zucchini.
