Smoked Veggie Dip

This is the 3rd dip recipe I am sharing from the dry dip packets we use to sell. This has a smoked flavor due to the smoked paprika but feel free to use regular paprika if you don’t like a smoked flavor.

In a small bowl stir together the sour

cream and lemon juice until creamy.

Combine the remaining ingredients.

Stir them into the sour cream, mixing well.

Refrigerate, covered, for a few hours

or overnight then serve with veggies.

  1. I just made some potato salad yesterday afternoon, and I’ll bet that a few spoonfuls of this would have been great in there – or on a baked potato! Or thin it down a bit with buttermilk – et voilá – a delicious salad dressing. Very versatile recipe. ;->

    Virtual hugs,

  2. Totally making this tonight! I’m in charge of the appetizer. I’m using Southwest Chipotle seasons vs Paprika, so let’s home it tastes good 🙂
