German Cucumber Salad
I made this German Cucumber Salad to use with our home grown dill that needed to be picked. You can make this in about 10 minutes and serve it immediately. This creamy, crunchy flavorful dish is a new favorite in our house.

It is perfect for summer Tony. It looks like we are going to have a large crop of homegrown cucumbers again this year. I will definitely be making it again. Have a great 4th of July!

Mizeria often hosts on tables in Poland as an addition to meat. Instead of vinegar, I give lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and must have dill.

We grew over 100 cucumbers last year and so far it’s looking good again this year! I can eat them any which way. I wish I could share some with you when then are ready to pick.

Me too because we have only picked one small deformed cucumber and only have two more starting to grow, inspite of tons of booms. ๐

sounds interesting. My grandmother used to make a hot German potato salad with hard boiled egg, bacon and vinegar – it was an interesting combination.

It was so good! My husband always used Miracle Whip. Sour cream is so much better with this!

We found this especially delicious and unlike our traditional cucumber salad. Our garden cucumber plants are full of flowers so hoping for another good crop this year. I bet avocados would go great with this!

I am going to try this! Of course, I now have to wait and wait for my cukes to come along. Hopefully, they will be here before frost time! My garden is very late this year.
