I made this German Cucumber Salad to use with our home grown dill that needed to be picked. You can make this in about 10 minutes and serve it immediately. This creamy, crunchy flavorful dish is a new favorite in our house.

  1. Mizeria often hosts on tables in Poland as an addition to meat. Instead of vinegar, I give lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and must have dill.

    • We found this especially delicious and unlike our traditional cucumber salad. Our garden cucumber plants are full of flowers so hoping for another good crop this year. I bet avocados would go great with this!
