Three Step Asian Grilled Chicken
This is a sweet, sour and slightly spicy Three Step Asian Grilled Chicken. Mix your marinade, put the chicken in the marinade for an hour and grill, that’s it! So simple to prepare and a great family meal. I cut my chicken breasts into pieces for the grandkids but you can keep them whole and then grill or broil them.

Ingredients
In a large non metallic bowl, combine all
of the ingredients except for the chicken.
Add the chicken and toss, coating the chicken
and making sure the chicken is completely
covered with the marinade. Cover and
refrigerate for one hour.
Remove the chicken from the marinade
and grill or broil, turning and brushing
often with the marinade, for about 15 minutes
or until the chicken is 165 degrees.
Bring the remaining leftover marinade
to a boil in a pan over medium heat.
Boil for 2 minutes then strain and pour the
marinade over the grilled chicken and serve.
