Cheesy Gnocchi & Italian Sausage


This one pan meal is absolutely fantastic and I found myself wanting more the next day! If you have never tried Gnocchi, it is usually made from potatoes and it is a type of dumpling. Normally they are cooked in boiling water but with this recipe they are not. I made this with hot Italian sausage and it was amazing but you can also use mild sausage, whatever you prefer.

    • That would be awesome! I hope they like it. It’s on my bucket list to make by hand. I already have the board to roll them on. I have had it for about 2 years…lol
