Cheesy Gnocchi & Italian Sausage
This one pan meal is absolutely fantastic and I found myself wanting more the next day! If you have never tried Gnocchi, it is usually made from potatoes and it is a type of dumpling. Normally they are cooked in boiling water but with this recipe they are not. I made this with hot Italian sausage and it was amazing but you can also use mild sausage, whatever you prefer.

We are going to make something like this this week!! Looks wonderful as always, Diane. π If only this recipe was dairy-free!!

Make it dairy free! What would you use to replace the cream, almond milk? There isn’t that much cream in there so replacing it should be easy.

That would be awesome! I hope they like it. It’s on my bucket list to make by hand. I already have the board to roll them on. I have had it for about 2 years…lol

I came here after i watched a Netflix show and this guy making gnocchi out of instant ramen noodle instead of potato. I must do this some time.
