Do not let the name stop you from making this fabulous meal! I could not believe how easy and delicious this was. Made with steak, bacon, garden spaghetti sauce with added carrots and onions made this as hearty as the name says. Add wine or if you don’t care for wine in your food like me, just add beef broth instead. This can be made with noodles or rice. It is amazing!

  1. The title itself is award-deserving – you made my mouth water just at the title!
Then I saw the photo of the finished product. You’re killing me with hunger!

  2. My wife Nell makes a stewish version of this. But adding the sauce and serving over those hearty egg noodles takes it to a different level. Like beef stroganoff meets fettuccine bolognese.
