Cherries in the Snow

Ingredients

Add the sugar and cream

cheese to a large bowl.

Cream the sugar into the cream cheese.

Add the Cool Whip to the

cream cheese mixture.

Gently fold the cream cheese mixture

and the Cool Whip together until

combined. This takes a few minutes.

Place about 1/4 cup of the mixture

in a clear long stem glass. Add some

of the cherry pie filling then repeat.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip whipped topping
  • 20 oz. can cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. Add the cream cheese and sugar to a large bowl. Cream the two together really well.
  2. Add the Cool Whip and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture. This will take a few minutes to get the cream cheese mixture to combine.
  3. Place about 1/4 cup of the mixture into a clear long stemmed glass.
  4. Add some cherry pie filling and repeat the layers.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
