Cherries in the Snow
Only four ingredients are needed to make this simple yet elegant dessert. What a great way to entertain this Christmas by serving this delicious dessert. You can make this from start to finish in about 10 minutes and serve it immediately or refrigerate it until ready to serve.

Ingredients
Add the sugar and cream
cheese to a large bowl.
Cream the sugar into the cream cheese.
Add the Cool Whip to the
cream cheese mixture.
Gently fold the cream cheese mixture
and the Cool Whip together until
combined. This takes a few minutes.
Place about 1/4 cup of the mixture
in a clear long stem glass. Add some
of the cherry pie filling then repeat.

- 8 oz. Cool Whip whipped topping
- 20 oz. can cherry pie filling
Directions
- Add the cream cheese and sugar to a large bowl. Cream the two together really well.
- Add the Cool Whip and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture. This will take a few minutes to get the cream cheese mixture to combine.
- Place about 1/4 cup of the mixture into a clear long stemmed glass.
- Add some cherry pie filling and repeat the layers.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate.
