Don’t be afraid of the word Ganache. It is an easy no bake pie with only four ingredients. A good quality chocolate makes this taste even better.

Place the pie crust in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Take it out when you get ready to pour the ganache into it. You can make a homemade crust, but I like the convenience of store bought.

    • I can make a lot of things, but this kind of crust NEVER stays together when I make it. I make a great pie dough crust though, that must count for something right? I like Jackie, she’s a great cook, you’re a lucky man Derrick!

  1. I’m starting to live on your recipes. Yesterday having the orange chicken thighs, today the no-bake peanut butter pie. Now, this one even looks easy enough for me!!

  2. I have heard the word ganache and wondered about it before … I saw “no bake” and started to read it, but on-the-stove part may be problematic for me. I wouldn’t use the oven, but I’m sure the stovetop is fine after all these years. It looks delicious and RICH.

  3. Oh my goodness, this looks decadent. I have all the ingredients to make this right now, but will wait until the kids come over, so I won’t eat it all.

  4. Looks so good! Very chocolatey. I used to make a no baked pie and you put eggs in it and I forget the name of it. I think it was a French silk pie maybe? It was really good but the raw eggs turned some people off.

  5. I love that it looks so easy to make and with so little ingredients! Looks delicious and so satisfying!

    • I like how long I can keep this in the refrigerator. I take out a piece, let it sit on the counter then cover it in whipped cream (I love whipped cream). Enjoy Linda!
