Easy Fried Potatoes & Onions
This is one of my favorite ways to make potatoes. Add bacon and it tastes even better, but then bacon makes everything better. Throw in green or red pepper or even cheese, the possibilities are endless.

That’s a great idea with the tortilla. We love breakfast meals and I always add my over easy eggs into my potatoes and onions.
