Did You Know – Plastic Lids

It can be frustrating trying to store your plastic lids, we all have them! There are many kinds of magazine racks you can purchase that are perfect for storing your plastic lids.

This one is my favorite magazine rack as I love the divided sections and with the front open, any size lid will fit.

A dish drying rack is excellent choice for your plastic lids too.

  1. I’m at the age now where tidying up hacks like this are so delightful and thrilling! 😆 A great use of the magazine rack, I think!

      • Well I want to be like you and walk all those miles in nature, I wish we had parks like you do. All our metro parks are very short. A bike/walking path was created that follows the road, how exciting!

      • I no longer have a bike to ride outdoors, but they have three Metroparks that are connected and not that far apart (for someone who bikes a lot) … the trail starts at Lake Erie Metropark and goes to Oakwoods and Willow Metroparks. All biking trails. I would like to do that but only if it is not through traffic, because the traffic at the latter two parks is really congested, no matter when you go, which is why I keep going to Lake Erie Metropark which is a straight run for me – of course if I didn’t have issues taking the expressway, it would be easier.

      • Yes, it’s not safe … people whizzing by and on the phone, etc. – at least you are a bit safer in the car than a bike. In Dearborn, they have dedicated bike lanes and they are painted bright green. They have a lot of apartment buildings and/or condos near the business district, so people bike to work, but Michigan Avenue is very busy, so I would chance it.
