Easy Baked Apple Enchiladas Recipe

This is such an easy and delicious recipe using canned apple pie filling. It reminds me of eating a piece of apple pie but without the hassle of the pie crust. Heating butter, water and sugar on the stove makes a syrup that you pour over the top then bake.

Sometimes I think maybe we should just eat it all and get it out of the way. That way you only eat too many calories one day instead of everyday until it’s gone. 🤣
