Peeps Easter Cake
I first made this cake back in 2017 and have loved it ever since. A simple frosted cake with colored coconut for the grass, bunny peeps on the sides and chocolate eggs or jelly beans on top. It is sure to be a hit with kids of any age.

Every time I see this cake I think of my mom and Marge. Mom had a thing for Peeps and just loved them, so my mom made this cake for her for Easter as a surprise. Nice memories.
