Easy Cheesy Chicken Macaroni & Cheese
For this recipe I am using up leftover oven roasted chicken, two partial boxes of different sized pasta and Ritz Crackers. I wanted a quick, easy and cheesy meal and this fit the bill. This makes a family size meal and is definitely a stick to your ribs comfort food kind of meal.

I can make this but ritz crackers banned by EU as contain cotton seed and whale fat . Used them when living back in England but banned there in 2005 for same reason . Ill have to just salted cheese crackers that are Kosher .
I never heard that before, why in the world would they use whale fat? Kudos to EU, I was watching a show on TV that whales are finally making a come back because in most places they are protected now. Who knew they are made with different ingredients in different places.
