Jambalaya

This Jambalaya is just one way that I like to prepare it. There are so many different ways to make Jambalaya and I think they all taste great. You can add hot spices, chicken, sausage, shrimp or any combination to make it your way.

Oh yes, this looks good Diane! We will probably also go with chicken because Berto is not that crazy about seafood. Love the colourful veggies in there … what a hearty meal!
It is such a versatile recipe, thank you!

Lol How cute!
Looks so good. I usually don’t think about this dish until Mardi Gras time rolls around!
Thank you Dorothy!
I love Jambalaya, I used to make it for Christmas Eve dinner for years but then I stopped for some reason. Now that I read your post, I will make it again soon!
Awesome! Isn’t it funny how we forget about recipes we used to make all the time? I bet you have a great jambalaya recipe!
Yes it was pretty good ! I think I got it out of a magazine.
I used to get Good Housekeeping years ago and every recipe I cut out of there was always so good. My MIL subscribes to it now and gives them to me when she finishes reading them. 🤣
What a fun name for a dish that just rolls off the tongue! Rotiserrie chicken is the best to repurpose for dishes such as this.
I totally agree Ab!
Looks delicious … hot and spicy, perfect for this cold weather that has descended on us!
Thank you Linda!
