Will have to try the peanut butter fudge! I remember trying your homemade chocolate sauce once and it was delicious!
Awe thank you Ab!
Yummy!
Thank you Sheree!
You’re very welcome Diane
I’m not a fudge fan, too sweet for me, but there are some in the family who would trample me for a piece of peanut butter fudge!
Hahaha Yes some of us do have a sweet tooth, ME! Think of all the calories you save Dorothy. Lol
I know! Even when I was a kid, we would collect bottles to get the deposit and go to the local store. My brothers would head for the candy counter and I went for the pickle barrel!
Talk about a flashback! I remember returning the bottles too. We had a corner store and I always went for the candy too! They didn’t have a pickle barrel though.
Oh I must try that peanut butter fudge!
It was very good tasting but dries out easy so I found keeping it covered worked well.
Thanks for the tip 👍🏻
Oh my Lord!
Haha pairs well with wine!
Just curious. About how many types of candies and/or cookies do you make for the holidays? My mother-in-law was famous in her family for a large assortment of candies she made every year at Christmas. They had a special box that couldn’t be opened until Christmas day, but there were always “extras” that could be eaten earlier.😂 She always made sure she had everyone’s favorites.
Normally I make around 10 types of cookies and up to 4 types of candy. One year I made chocolate covered cherries, coconut, peanuts and caramel. I had so much fun and they were delicious but messy to make. This year I am having chronic pain and I can’t seem to get it going. Only 2 kinds of cookies so far. I’m hoping this weekend I will feel ok to get at least 6 kinds of cookies made. 🤞🏻
I’m sorry to hear of your pain, Diane. That is frustrating when you want to do seasonal baking. Even if you can only have the 2 kinds of cookies, everyone will survive. Just say you are starting early on a New Year’s resolution to cut back on sugar.😉 I used to go way overboard trying to create the perfect Christmas for my family. There is no such thing. Sometimes less is more. Don’t overdo it when your body screams “NO!” Merry Christmas, Diane!
Thank you for your encouraging words Linda!💕
💜 Oh!!! How YOU!!! Torture My Palette Chef Diane; so I AM THINKING!!! maybe I Should Make Them MySelf 🤔 ?…so many ingredients in my pantry and so little cooking 🍳 ; maybe it’s because I was Born a Boy but that’s no excuse…as most Chefs ARE Men; but the best Chefs ARE Women
SMACK!!! 🤕
nisi mortuus nec neque nolite vicit 🤭🤫🤐
…💛💚💙…
Man or woman doesn’t matter! These are very easy to make and a great way to dig in!
‘Tis the season for fudge, i guess. I just made a batch of chocolate peanut butter fudge for myself!
Ha you made one batch of what took me two separate batches. I should have just made yours Dave!

Thank you Michael!
These look fabulous and are something I believe I can accomplish! You’re making me look good, Diane! Hugs, C
Thank you Cheryl! You don’t need any help in looking good! 🥰
Making in the microwave sure sounds easier and less messy. You like peanut butter fudge better as you didn’t wrap it – easier to grab and go and not fiddle with the plastic wrap? I’m just kidding with you Diane. 🙂
A comedian in every bunch Linda! 🤣
Thank you!
I remember your chocolate fudge (with marshmallows – yummy) and the peanut butter fudge also look like a winner!
Thank you! 💕
