Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge
Who knew making Peanut Butter Fudge was this easy and cheap! There are only four ingredients in this delicious Peanut Butter Fudge. I made this in just a few minutes and the taste is amazing. This would make a great fudge for the holidays so save this one!
Source: Debi Schull
Ingredients
Place foil in an 8” x 8” square dish.
In a medium bowl pour in the milk,
powdered sugar and butter.
Using a spatula mix until the powdered
sugar is mixed with the milk.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Use a hand mixer and mix for about
30 seconds. Microwave on high an
additional 30 seconds.
Add the peanut butter.
Mix with the hand mixer until the
peanut butter is combined but don’t
mix too long or it will start to set up.
Place the mixture into the foil lined dish.
Let the fudge set up and then pull
the fudge out of the pan by the foil edges.
Carefully pull the foil away from
the sides of the fudge.
Using a thin sharp knife, cut the fudge
into approximately 1” squares. Fudge will
keep for about 2 weeks at room temperature,
however, to keep it from drying out follow
the wrapping directions below.
**********************************
Wrap each piece of fudge individually in waxed paper or place the fudge on a sheet of waxed paper and completely cover with more waxed paper. Then place the wrapped fudge on a sheet of foil and seal the foil. Place the wrapped fudge in an airtight container and set on the counter.
