Make Ahead Foolproof Gravy

Gravy that can be made early in the day (if you want) then reheated to save you time when the turkey is done and it’s time to eat. You won’t believe how delicious and easy this is! This is the way I always make my gravy anytime of the year.

Thanks for the recipe! When I was younger, I always thought gravy was some magical thing that was hard to make. Glad it is easily attainable and made. 😊 I eat everything with gravy!

Before I read your post, I wondered if one can use this for chicken. And I’m happy I can! Voila, so easy! Thanks for the share Diane 🙂.

Great trick of the trade Diana! What about doing it ahead like that and then adding the drippings after? saved it.. 💞

You could try it, I would think you would lose the thickness of the gravy. Let me know how it works if you try it Cindy.

I actually blended the carrots and the celery I sat the turkey on to cook on 500 and then 35O and it thickened it perfectly and made it easier. I also bought some store bought just in case.. lol thanks Diana! ❤️

Well, I’m behind here (and everywhere at Reader), so I missed out on all the great Thanksgiving Dinner tips. I haven’t had homemade gravy in way too many years.
