Thank you for reblogging!
Timely tips, my friend. Thank you for sharing!
You are very welcome! 💕
Handy charts to have Diane!
It’s funny how many years I have cooked turkey yet I still have to read the charts for thawing and cooking. Thank you Dorothy!
Well, there are certain things that one never needs to commit to memory, especially if one has a handy chart!
This is very useful information and also very timely. Eat the turkey, drink the wine, but do it safely. Remember, the alcohol in the wine will not kill germs.
What a shame! Hahaha Thank you JC❣️
Can’t wait to see your thanksgiving spread, Diane!
No spread from me, my son is cooking again this year. I will post my appetizer though.
Very sound advice in this post.
Thank you Bernadette 🥰
Turkeys make a relishing dish if well cooked. Thanks for this wonderful info
You’re welcome 🥰
I’m sorry, I just had to laugh when I saw your photo of a turkey. It always reminds me of a Mr Bean episode I saw on TV long time ago. He tried to defrost a turkey in the microwave and then (somehow) his head got stuck inside the turkey 😅. Since we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving, I’ll just look at all your delicious turkey recipes!
Hahaha That is hilarious!
Good advice!
My husband use to be a Health Inspector so I always cook safely. Lol
