mmm – looks just like apple pie and seems so much easier to make
It is so much easier. They are lumpy to roll into a ball but once you bake, put it in the bowl and cut you wouldn’t know it wasn’t pie.

Haven’t had an apple dumpling in years. My mom & her best friend used to get together every fall & make & freeze 100 of them! Makin me hungry!!
