Blueberry Loaf Cake

This Blueberry Loaf Cake is golden on the outside, moist on the inside and topped with cinnamon sugar. This is not a bread but cake and such a nice change from other blueberry recipes.

  1. It’s definitely a cake … maybe thanks to that wonderful cinnamon sugar on top!
    We just had the last blueberries this morning for breakfast (not so fortunate like you who have a tree in the garden), but maybe I’ll buy a container tomorrow and try this recipe – it really looks delicious!


  2. This looks delicious and Summery on a snowy Winter night. I think I mentioned before my mom, like you, froze blueberries for Winter and would make hot blueberry muffins in the dead of Winter – yum.
