Air Fryer Apple Pie

This Air Fried Apple reminds me of the filling inside an Apple Pie. I filled the center with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon and they were absolutely delicious!

Rinse and dry your apples.

Slice off the top.

Carefully take a sharp, pointy knife and
cut around the core, being careful NOT
to cut a hole in the bottom or the
filling will leak out.

Using a spoon scrape out the core,
again, being careful not to make a
hole in the bottom.

Add 1 Tbsp. of butter to each apple.

Add 1 tsp. of brown sugar to each apple.

Add 1/8 tsp. cinnamon to each apple.

Spray your basket with cooking oil.

Add the apples to the air fryer
making sure they sit level.

Turn the air fryer to 390 degrees and cook
for 14 minutes or until the apples are
tender. Sprinkle with more
cinnamon and serve.

Loving these fruit air fryer recipes.
It’s been fun trying them and I can’t believe how delicious they were. Thank you!
Oh wow, like a baked apple, yummy. Will try this when I get home. Thanks Diane.
My husband is still talking about it (I made them yesterday). Grandkids loved them and it smelled like I made a pie.
I so have to get an air fryer!
Lol I am still loving mine.
This looks mighty tasty! 😋 And I love the plating and way you staged the photo. Lovely table!
Thank you so much Ab! My husband was still talking about this today. It smelled like I was baking a pie and the grandkids couldn’t wait for them to finish cooking!
Thank you for reblogging this recipe Ned.
I’m going to have to give this one a try! Thanks Diane.
You’re welcome and you’ll love it Dorothy. If you want to change it up, you can also fill it with raisins, different spices like nutmeg etc.
Yum!
Ooooh my DIL has an airfyer I am not quite sure about using when I am there. This I think I can master! Thanks!
Oh yes you sure can. It is so simple to use once you get over the fear. Lol Once you start using it, you will want one of your own. I can cook for 1, 2 or even 4 of us in mine with no problem. The secret to success is a thermometer so you don’t over cook the food and that’s it!
YUM!
Thank you they were so good. ❤️
Yum! I bet it makes the house smell yummy too!
It sure did and the grandkids couldn’t wait until it was done cooking. Thank you Tierney!💕
I think I need an air fryer! I only like the filling in apple pie anyway and this looks easy and yummy.
Yes you do! What I like about mine is it can cook things like the apples, baked potatoes, chicken pieces, sausage, bacon etc. without starting the oven. I use mine so much.
I’ve never used an air fryer. The ingredients and photos make your air fried apples look delicious!
They tasted like the inside of an apple pie and smelled like I was baking a pie as they cooked. Thank you Linda ❤️
Thank you so much, I tried to comment on you site but I couldn’t find the comment button.

Like eating apple pie, thank you!
Oh YUMMY!! This looks delicious 😋.
It was and the house smelled amazing too. Lol Thank you ❤️
Apple pie without rolling out a crust and tastes the same sounds good in my book. You are getting lots of mileage out of your air fryer Diane!
It was amazing how it smelled just like apple pie baking in the oven. I love using the air fryer instead of heating up the entire oven.
Definitely worth trying!
Thanks! The house smells amazing as it cooks too.
The recipe sounds good and I love that bowl!
It tasted just like the inside of apple pie, thank you Aspasia. ❤️
