This is an easy cut out cookie that is simple to work with, even the kids will have fun. Frost the cookies then decorate or just frost them with colored icing.

The kids will have great fun making these!
Oh yes, in my house it is like an assembly line. I quickly frost and all three kids (my husband is the 3rd one) have fun decorating with the many colored sugars and candies that I have. Thank you ❤️
These look like Christmas memories to me!
The best part is at the end when I have them put their hand on the rolled out dough and I cut around it. After they bake they decorate their own hand and bite off the fingers. 😂 I have done this since my kids were little. Thank you Dorothy!
I love that idea and will promptly steal it from you!
That frosting sure looks delicious! And love your decorative plate!
Thank you Ab! I used to use the store bought gel all the time then I found Wiltons coloring and it made a huge difference in the color.
Cute Cookies !
Thank you❤️
Ho, ho, pastel colors look beautiful on the table. 🙂
greetings
Thank you, they are so much fun to make.❤️
Everything you do reminds me of family. Simple, colourful, everything is meant for sharing.
Thank you Barb, nothing fancy just fun. ❤️
Love doing this type of cookie with the grandkids! Yum, C
Me too even thought they eat more than they decorate! 🤣
Very festive looking Diane – the colors look like stained glass!
Thank you Linda. That is the Wilton food coloring that does that.
They sure were vibrant colors Diane!
Oh yes, I think I remember these colourful cookies from last year … must be a kid’s dream to help with these 😁.
Oh yes they love decorating them almost as much as they love eating them! Lol
