Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Bread

No need to knead this easy Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Bread. I made my bread by adding peanut butter and then I added an entire bag of milk chocolate chips which made this more like a dessert than bread. If I had a recipe of the week, this would be it!
Adapted from http://www.Cincyshopper.com

In a large bowl whisk together
the flour, baking powder and salt.

In another large bowl, add the
peanut butter, sugar, eggs and milk.

Using a mixer on low speed beat just
until combined and no lumps remain.

Add the peanut butter mixture to the flour mixture.

Stir by hand just until combined.

Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.

Spray an 8” cast iron pan (or a bread pan)
with cooking oil then pour in the bread mixture.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for
40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted
in the center comes out clean.

Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes
then remove the bread from the pan
and place it on a rack to cool.

Slice and serve.

This looks like a family sized toll house cookie. There goes my diet…again. Why is gaining weight so much easier than losing it. And so much more fun too! Happy Halloween
It almost tasted like one too but not so sweet since it was bread. See you can eat this because it’s not a cookie! 😂
This week’s biggest cookie.

Your recipe of the week? Well, it’s my recipe of the month!! It looks so yummy 😋 … and it will definitely be ending up in my dessert bowl!
Wow what a nice comment! Thank you! 💕
The best combination!
I agree they were made for each other!
Looks like a giant cookie! 😋
It was similar but not as sweet as cookie dough is.
I love everything about this cookie! EVERYTHING! 💕C
Thank you! You know this is a bread though right? It’s is sweet with the chocolate chips but the bread part isn’t as sweet as cookie dough is, regardless it tasted delicious and was gone in a day!
It’s better than a real cookie, you can add butter without guilt! Love it, C
I love the way you think!
Looks yummy Diane and I was about to say it reminds me of a giant chocolate chip cookie when that recipe floated to the bottom of my screen.
It was similar but not as sweet. Thank you Linda!
Looks awesome, I will try!

Thanks so much!
Your blog is dangerous lol Thanks for yet another recipe I have to try! 😀
Haha thank you! I am taking food to the relatives so I don’t eat as much. Have a great week! ❤️
Smart 🙂 You have a great week too!
I’m going to make this for my wife this weekend! I LOVE how it’s a bread versus being like those chocolate chip cookie “pizza” variations you have to overpay for at a pizza place. Also, this right here folks is how to do recipes. Pictures and details!
Awe thank you for your kind words Shane. Keep in mind this is a bread so it is not quite as sweet as the cookie pizza you’re probably use too, however, I have a cast iron giant chocolate chip cookie recipe too. But try this my family devoured it in a day. With all that chocolate it was delicious.
Thank you so much Shane, you should try the Beer Bread I posted recently. The beer is used instead of yeast, there is no kneading, it has a delicious flavor, mixed in a bowl with a spoon and poured into the bread pan.
Oh my, I bet my grandkids would love this! Yummy.
I know mine did! Thank you❤️
You’re killin’ me Smalls! If I made this, I would eat the entire thing by myself. 🙂
It disappeared pretty quick here, I may have had a slice or two. Thank you Kelleye.
What an incredibly fun and yum idea!
It was SO good and we devoured the entire pan in a day! Thank you!
