This is the easiest and quickest dessert for Easter you could make. A huge hit with the kids and so much fun to make! You can use any flavor cake and your favorite frosting. Jelly beans can be used on top too. Use what candy you have and your imagination. Don’t like coconut? Leave it off.

We had a great time with the grandkids. I hid 52 plastic eggs on our 2-1/2 acres and they had so much fun finding them. Although we are still missing one…lol Thank you and I hope you had a wonderful Easter as well.

That’s fun and sweet (literally and figuratively); I know my mom made my neighbor one of these one year as she had a big sweet tooth and loved Peeps. 🙂

Yes, cute too. My mom and I made those Land O’ Lakes birds nests for the staff at work. I think I sent you the recipe last year. You make them with egg noodles and shape them into nests and they harden like that, then fill it with jelly beans. We used to go all out for holidays.
I wish I had known your mom. She and I are so much alike!
