Creamed Chicken Sandwich
One of the most delicious and easiest Creamed Chicken Sandwiches I have ever made! This would also be great over biscuits. I had leftover rotisserie chicken breast that I shredded with my mixer. You can shred it by hand but why? I added condensed soup to it for a quick and easy meal with our grandkids. My husband was still raving about it the next day! Three cooked chicken breasts fed four of us for supper and there was enough leftover for my husband to eat two more meals!
Ingredients
Break apart the cooked chicken breasts
and put them into a large mixing bowl.
Turn your mixer to low speed and mix just
until the chicken shreds. This only takes
a few seconds so watch it carefully.
Add the two cans of condensed soup.
Using a large spoon, mix until combined.
Place into a medium pan and cook
over medium low heat just until hot.
Place the chicken on buns, season
with pepper (optional) and serve.

That looks and sounds yummy and so easy to make. I will have to give that a go.
It is very easy and delicious. I swear the simplest recipes turn out the best! Thank you Mags!
I tend to agree with you on the simplest recipes.
Good tip on shredding the chicken! I’ve never done it that way.
You will not believe how simple it is. 😃
Looks delicious. I love these types of meals!!
Thank you Bernice I want to try it over biscuits next time.
That would be wonderful!
This would be tasty over biscuits!
It definitely would Tierney!

My pleasure!
YUM!!!
Thank you Kristian!
Looks so tempting
Thanks!
Making this tomorrow for dinner.
Awesome how did you like it?
Didn’t get to make it yet… Lol… Thanks for the reminder though!
I’m going to make it this weekend and put it into serving size containers and freeze it for my husbands lunches. Of course I will have to keep some out!!!
I finally made it for dinner! It was pretty darn good! We used low carb wraps instead of bread… It would be good with the wrap, lettuce, tomato, and cheese. The Hubs said it was a keeper! Reminded me of a healthier poppy seed chicken! Thanks for posting!!
You’re welcome! I am so glad you liked it! That’s a great idea with the wrap! I have tortilla’s and the chicken in the freezer! Great low carb lunch!
I love this!!
Thank you!
Oh yes! Nice warm biscuits or even that bun you features – sounds wonderful right now. 🙂
My husband went crazy over these. I buy rotisserie chicken all the time but don’t eat the white meat so this is what I do with it. I love it.
I think you should cater our office lunches.
If it was easy meals like this…no problem! Thank you!!!❤
