Cheeseburger & Fries Casserole
A delicious cheeseburger casserole with a cheesy ground beef bottom that is topped with fries, covered with cheddar cheese and baked in a casserole dish. This tasted amazing, everyone cleaned their plates and there wasn’t any leftovers!
One of my fellow bloggers, http://www.miniturepincher.wordpress.com, suggested that I try a recipe similar to this one. They said they loved it and now we do too!

Ingredients
Spray a 9″ x 13″ baking

In a large skillet over medium heat
cook the onion and ground beef until
no pink remains then drain the grease.
Mix in the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add the cream of mushroom soup
and cheddar cheese soup.
Mix well.
Place the ground beef mixture evenly
into the prepared baking dish.
Place the frozen fries on top in a single layer.
Place in a preheated 375 degree oven for

Yep! Now I’m hungry!
Hahahaha this is a good stick to your ribs meal.
Me too! 🙈
We should all dig in!
I’ve never seen a recipe quite like this before. The mingling of flavors sounds delicious.
Thank you Linda! I am not a big lover of ground beef but this was amazing!
I’m glad you liked it! <3 It's good for any occasion
Thanks!
This looks so good! You always share the best recipes!!
Awww thank you!
A cheeseburger is the best sandwich if it is made from good products and by itself.
best regards
My husband could eat one every day! Thanks for your comment!
What a great idea! It’s kinda like a sheppherds pie on steroids 😉
Hahahaha good one! Thanks!
I’m not sure about this one, although I’m sure it tastes better than it looks. It’s creative, I’ll give you that. 😊
I seriously didn’t think I would like it but I did. My husband said the grandkids would love it. I said no because they have to add ketchup, ranch dressing etc. to everything and with all that cheese it would taste bad! Well I’ll be darn if I didn’t see 2 thumbs up from them and they never asked for anything to dump on top, just ate it and cleaned their plated too! My husband went back for seconds and told me I have to make it again. Who knew…..lol
That’s cool, Diane. There’s a lot of experimenting with food nowadays, food combinations that’s never been tried. I’m glad that one worked for you. 🙂👌🏻
Thanks Mark!
You realize you’ve gone full circle. You just put the plate back into the burger/fries meal. Too funny… And looks far more delicious than any burger and fries I’ve seen.
You’re right never thought of it like that….lol Thanks so much Sue!
That sounds delicious, and I’m sure quite filling!
Thanks it sure was filling!
🙂
Of course everyone cleaned their plates! Looks totally yummy!
It was crazy they ate 2# of hamburger and 16 oz of fries! Thanks Kristen!
Oh wow, this is a treat! What do the fries taste like after baking though?
After I baked them I turned on the broiler and browned them up before putting the cheese on……amazing!
Oh nice!
Diane, all I can say is, “Oh my!” Thanks for sharing.
