Cheeseburger & Fries Casserole
A delicious cheeseburger casserole with a cheesy ground beef bottom that is topped with fries, covered with cheddar cheese and baked in a casserole dish. This tasted amazing, everyone cleaned their plates and there wasn’t any leftovers!
One of my fellow bloggers, http://www.miniturepincher.wordpress.com, suggested that I try a recipe similar to this one. They said they loved it and now we do too!

Ingredients
Spray a 9″ x 13″ baking
pan with cooking oil.
In a large skillet over medium heat
cook the onion and ground beef until
no pink remains then drain the grease.
Mix in the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add the cream of mushroom soup
and cheddar cheese soup.
Mix well.
Place the ground beef mixture evenly
into the prepared baking dish.
Place the frozen fries on top in a single layer.
Place in a preheated 375 degree oven for
25 – 30 minutes. If not golden brown turn
on the broiler, watch carefully, and
remove when golden brown.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top.
Place back under the broiler
until the cheese melts.
Then serve.

A cheeseburger is the best sandwich if it is made from good products and by itself.

I seriously didn’t think I would like it but I did. My husband said the grandkids would love it. I said no because they have to add ketchup, ranch dressing etc. to everything and with all that cheese it would taste bad! Well I’ll be darn if I didn’t see 2 thumbs up from them and they never asked for anything to dump on top, just ate it and cleaned their plated too! My husband went back for seconds and told me I have to make it again. Who knew…..lol

That’s cool, Diane. There’s a lot of experimenting with food nowadays, food combinations that’s never been tried. I’m glad that one worked for you. 🙂👌🏻

You realize you’ve gone full circle. You just put the plate back into the burger/fries meal. Too funny… And looks far more delicious than any burger and fries I’ve seen.
