Buckeye Cookies
A delicious peanut butter ball that is dipped in chocolate for the most amazing taste! There are no eggs in this recipe and you do not bake them either. Some call these cookies while others call them candy so you decide. I just call them delicious!

OK, that looks delicious. I’m sure these would quickly disappear in our home. I’m not sure if my wife or daughter would get any.

You’re welcome! What I love about these is if you keep each layer covered in waxed paper then put them in an air tight container, they will last for a month….well not in my house though! lol

I am told I have to make them every Christmas or else! I love how long they keep in the refrigerator because I can make them ahead of time for what ever occasion and not have to do them last minute.
