Cheeseburger In Paradise Pie
Ground beef and onion seasoned then placed in a pie pan, covered in cheese with a baking mix that is poured on top and baked in the oven. Add the optional ketchup or mustard on the side just like when you eat a cheeseburger. I am not a huge fan of ground beef but I’m telling you this was excellent!!!!

I put ketchup on mine….so good! Thanks John!
Hot sauce lol!! 👍🏻
You’re welcome!
Hahaha that will work!
Loooks soooo yummy! Can I replace the ground beef with the corned beef?
I love corned beef and I just ate a Reuben sandwich on Saturday. I would definitely give it a try but I would use swiss cheese. I personally would add sauerkraut too…lol Guess what my favorite sandwich is..hahahaha Anyhow, all I can say is give it a try. I have never had anything made with corned beef taste bad.
I truly want some!
It is one of the easiest meals you could make and it tasted amazing!
I love pie!
This makes a great meal too! Have a great day!
Thank you 🙏
Oooh, I could totally eat this!
I’m not a huge ground beef lover but this was good!

Wow, what a cool idea! Does it have a quiche-like consistency when it’s cooked?
Maybe a little but not totally. I was surprised how much I loved it and it was so easy! I love easy…lol Thank you Erica!
Who doesn’t love something easy? 😉
Thank you!
Oh my! I feel in paradise just looking at the picture! 🙂
Hahaha I read somewhere this has something to do with the Jimmy Buffett song “Cheeseburger in Paradise.”
Holy yum! Just by the picture I would give it a 10 out of 10!!
You are SO sweet! Thank you ❤
No problem <3
This was yum. It was so quick and easy and delicious. I wanted something tasty as I have been off colour for a few days and not done done anything much at all. I froze it in slices and hopefully will taste just as good another day.
Keep them coming
Thank you Barb and what a great idea freezing the leftovers! I hope everything is getting back to normal now.
I am now coming to the point of seriously wondering if you have published a recipe here that I do not want to scale down (I live alone) and try when I get back home again! This looks great.
One of my other followers said they wrapped each piece up (that was leftover) and froze it! She said she will just thaw one piece at a time. What a great idea. Thank you Fergy I hope you enjoy this as much as we did!
I wish I had that option. The freezer compartment of my fridge is literally the size of a decent sized shoe box.
Well you will just have to eat it then…lol It was great as leftovers.
That is indeed always an option. Either that or buy a dog!
Delicious!
Thanks!
I’m definitely going to make this:) My husband and daughter would love it! I’m not a great cook ha ha so I love new recipes that I can follow👏😊. My daughter loves to bake so we’ll also be trying your microwave peanut butter fudge😋! Have a great day, Tamra:)
How exciting!!! Enjoy cooking with your daughter and the fudge! The Cheeseburger Pie is so easy and delicious too.Thank you and have a great weekend!

Wow I will take that as a compliment! Thanks so much Harry!
Diane, we made this the other day and it was everything you said it was = DEE-LISH!
Awesome!!!! So glad you thought it was as tasty as we did. Thank you for letting me know! I took a class on casseroles so I will be posting some more one dish/pot meals that turned out pretty darn good.
I know that Bisquick probably isn’t as healthy as making things from scratch but it sure lends itself to some fun creations!
I thought I posted copycat Bisquick in the past but I don’t see it. So simple to make homemade. Have a great week Katelon!
Let me know if you find the copycat recipe. I’d love to have it.
I sure will!
This is simple and perfect for days when we’re too lazy to cook. We bet this goes great with fries!
You bet it does!❤️
