Pumpkin Bread

What a great bread for the holidays that any level of cook can make. There is no kneading this Pumpkin Bread and this recipe is as easy as it gets! It is a delicious and moist recipe that you mix with a spatula or whisk. I adapted this recipe from a Taste of Homes magazine recipe back in the 1990’s.

  2. I love making pumpkin bread. I actually use pie pumpkins and cook and puree my own, then freeze it. I also put chocolate chips in mine for a bit of a different taste.
