Buffalo Wing Sauce
This Buffalo Wing Sauce is as good as any I have ever tasted from a restaurant or from the grocery store. It is so simple to make and it only takes about a minute to cook. There are six ingredients in this sauce and it’s everything I always have in my kitchen.

I live in the Buffalo area…this seems like how we do it. You definitely need Frank’s.

I read that Buffalo Wings got the name because a bar owner in Buffalo, NY discovered them and a sauce so he called them Buffalo Wings.

Probably, but I can say I’ve had wings from there and there are other places that make way better wings!

I but my hot sauce in breakfast baked beans on toast ,lovely stuff.Ginger and chili manly stuff.Scotch Bonnets I cant live without. Cheese and anything goes well as condiment but not all see it as I do. Indian food British style I adore.

You are a trooper Diane, slaving over a hot oven, in this horrible heat wave, and making wings. (They do look delicious BTW.)

Wow – I have mine at 76 and switch to 75 when it is in the 90s. But I am sitting there at the table and close to the vent (I turn the deflector around so it doesn’t blow on my legs) … if I was walking around I would notice the heat more.

😄😄but the name ‘buffalo’ almost kept me thinking ‘game meat’ was involved…thanks for educating me though…it awesome…

The reason they are called “Buffalo” is because the wings were created in Buffalo New York. Thank you Kelvin!
