You’re welcome. Let me know what you think. I like cooked onions in my food but I have never liked Onion Soup. So I couldn’t personally tell you it is great, however, my hubby said it was. So if you don’t like it, it is HIS fault! 🤣😂🤣😂

I love Parmesan Cheese. You can switch the cheese (4 oz Parmesan & 8 oz Mozzarella) if you prefer. Use whatever is your favorite cheese because it is really cheesy.

That looks great! And easy. Aldi has ridiculously low prices on ham this week so this is in my future for sure!

Smart way to buy it! We did that and bought a huge ham for Easter. I had to put about 1/4 of it in the freezer!

A volunteer at my work gave me a bag of navy beans Friday saying, “I’ll never in a million years cook these.”
I can’t wait to get them in the Instant Pot.

My mom use to make bean soup with them too. It was so good. Look forward to your post.

OMG, I actually make this!!! Although I’ve done it all in a giant pan, and no melted cheese. You’ve just taught me how to seriously up my game. And this is a perfect post-Easter meal when you have lots of leftover ham.

Exactly why I made it…lol I had so much ham left over and we have an electric slicer which made it easy to slice thin. I grated fresh parmesan cheese but any kind could be used with this one.

Comfort food and fattening but once in a time so nice to try. Thanks for commenting on my blogs dear you. Sun here 90f so rest from garden building too hot outside. Start again after 7pm. maybe try your recipe tonight so tired after pipe laying and digging in fields it sounds i may need it.

Wow it is hot there! It was 52 degrees while I worked outside today. I didn’t need a coat but tired of the cold. Up in the 70’s in a few days. I need to open my small ponds with goldfish but the water is still too cold. It is the last thing I need to do for spring yard start up. I will be completely redoing my small fish ponds landscaping this year. I bought everything to do it last year but health problems stopped that. Now I’m ready!
