I made this simple and delicious Chicken Stir Fry & Ramen Noodles with my leftover chicken. I didn’t want to use all of the usual vegetables and I wanted to use Ramen Noodles with a homemade sauce. This was very filling and a great combination of flavors.

  1. Would you believe that I have never eaten ramen noodles? I feel like everyone else in the world has, but somehow the experience just passed me by. I keep thinking I should try them sometime, just so I can say I have. Lol

  2. Ramen takes me right back to my “college days”! Simple, inexpensive, satisfying ingredients you already have on hand. A timeless classic even a young college student can master! Thanks for sharing. 🙂

    • You’re welcome! I am so glad I’m not the only one that loves Ramen Noodles! We buy them buy the case because that’s what my granddaughter eats for every lunch when she is here…lol

      • My granddaughter pretends she on You Tube and records herself talking. She always ends with “My Grandma is famous check out her blog at In Diane’s Kitchen”. She is hilarious! I tell her I’m not famous and she says look at all the food you make! So I hope they grow up with happy memories. Have a great day!
