Ham Salad Sandwich

This recipe is great way to use up any leftover ham. I used the leftover ham that I had frozen from Easter. I thawed it out and I used my Kitchen Aid grinding attachment and ground up 3 cups of ham in no time at all. I love my Kitchen Aid Mixer!

Had a smoked ham I made, and made some ham salad with the leftovers! It’s perfect for a nice light lunch, and a nice change from chicken and tuna salad. I spice mine up with cayenne I like heat!

  2. Hi. I just read this recipe and I hope you don’t laugh, like I have had a few do when I admitted that I had never had a egg salad sandwich til a couple of months ago. I did write this recipe down as I have never had a ham salad sandwich before either. I will let you know how it goes.

    • I would never laugh! This was my first time eating it myself and it was amazing! My Mother in law loves it and buys it all the time so I decided to try making it and I am so glad I did! Do let me know what you think please!
