Ham Salad Sandwich
This recipe is great way to use up any leftover ham. I used the leftover ham that I had frozen from Easter. I thawed it out and I used my Kitchen Aid grinding attachment and ground up 3 cups of ham in no time at all. I love my Kitchen Aid Mixer!
Ingredients
Combine all of the ingredients and using a spoon mix well.
Place the Ham Salad on a bun or bread with lettuce and serve.
You can also skip the bread and place the Ham Salad on a bed of lettuce.
Cover and refrigerate leftovers.

You’re welcome and have a great day!
I just made some the other day!
Made a smoked ham, and had leftovers! Perfect for leftover ham.
I pour hot sauce in mine for a kick! Perfect for a change of pace from tuna and chicken.

Ham and pickle was a staple of my school lunches, all those years ago. I need to get a meat grinder again. Great recipe, Diane!
Thanks! Our staple was made with bologna and pickle relish as a kid.
My mom used smoked shoulder and sweet gherkins.

Hi. I just read this recipe and I hope you don’t laugh, like I have had a few do when I admitted that I had never had a egg salad sandwich til a couple of months ago. I did write this recipe down as I have never had a ham salad sandwich before either. I will let you know how it goes.
I would never laugh! This was my first time eating it myself and it was amazing! My Mother in law loves it and buys it all the time so I decided to try making it and I am so glad I did! Do let me know what you think please!
